We work to promote the Danish mortgage banking sector’s points of view and to influence issues relevant to the sector. To this purpose, we maintain a close and continuous dialogue with authorities, politicians, other professional associations as well as the media in Denmark and abroad.
Our members grant loans against security in mortgages on real property. The mortgage loans are based on mortgage bonds (Realkreditobligationer - ROs), covered mortgage bonds (Særligt Dækkede Realkreditobligationer - SDROs) and covered bonds (Særligt Dækkede Obligationer - SDOs).
