The Board members were elected at the General Assembly on May 7th 2024.
Lotte Månsson was elected at the extraordinary Generel Assembly on June 1st 2024
replacing Lars Bo Bertram.
At the General Assembly on 30th september 2024 Pia Werner Alexandersen from Nykredit Wealth Management was replaced by Erling Skorstad from Nykredit.
With Erik Gadeberg's entry into the executive management of the Jyske Bank group, Erik has expressed a wish to withdraw from the board of Investering Danmark. He is succeeded by Jan Houman from Jyske Invest Fund Management. The board has unanimously approved this change, and Jan Houman joins the board of Investering Danmark effective from November 6th 2024.
At the same time, Steffen Ussing from Syd Fund Management is appointed as the new vice chairman of the board, as this position has previously been held by Erik Gadeberg.
