The statistics are calculated every month and they are based on homes that:
- Are advertised for sale online at the end of the month
- Have been delisted online within the last month
The statistics cover data for Denmark as a whole, the individual regions, sub-regions and the 8 largest municipalities. Data is available from 2004 onward. It is based on the number of owner-occupied homes advertised for sale online and is published on the 8th working day of each month. We recommend that users of the statistics read the methodology note for more details on methodology, purpose, data sources and reservations.
