Complaints about payment card usage

If you have a payment card you have the option of reversing an unauthorised payment, carried out with your card, if the purchase took place via the internet or through a post or telephone order. This kind of purchase is called distance selling.

In cooperation with Danish banks and the Danish Consumer Ombudsman, Finance Denmark has drawn up separate overviews for complaint options for Danish debit card (Dankort), the Visa part of your Danish debit card and MasterCard. These overviews are available below in Danish.
