At the bank, individuals can make use of a range of standard loans for financing homes, cars and consumer goods.
If you would like a loan, you should contact your bank and arrange a meeting with your bank adviser. At the meeting you and your adviser will review your financial situation including your income and budget together.
Your bank adviser is obligated to carry out a credit assessment, which will underlie the bank’s decision as to whether you will be approved for the loan in question. The bank will ask you for the following in connection with a credit assessment:
- Wage slips
- Budget
- Annual statement from the Danish Tax and Customs Administration, SKAT
See more about this on your bank’s website or speak to your bank adviser.
Company loans are often more complicated and are offered in the framework of a closer collaboration between the company and the bank.
