The financial sector has an interest in ensuring that the framework for employees and employers is stable and growth-orientated. The sector is also focused on ensuring that the right competences are present in FinTech and other areas.
We participate actively in discussions that affect circumstances on the labour market and are significant for the financial sector, for example pension schemes.
