Financial regulation

The financial sector is probably one of the most regulated sectors. And it is only natural that a sector, which is so important for society is subject to strict requirements. Finance Denmark works towards ensuring that regulation and legislation is influenced by knowledge from the industry. This occurs through, amongst other things, consultation responses, drafting analyses and commentaries and regular contact with the political systems in Denmark and the EU.

We want the financial sector to be able to offer good financing opportunities for Danish companies, both now and in the future. It is therefore crucial that legislative initiatives are balanced in a way that supports growth and employment in Denmark.
