A large part of the regulation that financial institutions are subject to in Denmark is adopted in Brussels. Similarly, large parts of EU regulation of the Single Market directly affect the Danish economy and banking sector. Finance Denmark has an office in Brussels, where developments are closely followed.

Finance Denmark is aware that a strong international presence is needed in Brussels and we are trying to influence this for the benefit of Danish bank customers and Danish society.
