Customer meetings with banks are often about advice. It is important that the advice is of the highest possible quality and customers feel confident and well-informed during the advice process. At the end of the day, banks make a living from satisfied customers and therefore customer interests are also in the best interests of banks.
Banks decide how much their services costs. You should therefore consider your bank as a company that you shop in. Ask your bank questions just like the bank asks you questions.
