According to Finance Denmark’s rules, all Danish credit institutions, in other words, a financial institution, bank, savings bank, cooperative savings bank or mortgage institution, can be enrolled as a member.
Matters concerning enrollment are decided by the board of directors. The board can also decide whether to enroll other financial businesses, as associate members without voting rights.
